This is some of the footage that FOX2, CBS, NBC, KTVI-11, CNN, MSNBC and Headline News don't want the viewers to see. Although Ron Johnson attempted to listened to this concerned citizen's point of view Captain Johnson didn't answer the one simple question, "What is the procedure when an unarmed civilian puts his hands in the air to surrender?". Missouri Highway Patrol Captain Ron Johnson did not answer this question but instead turned his back on the man.  Insolent Politics.
